How it works:
Once you have chosen the apartment you would like to purchase at Pearl House we will pass your details to The PX Partnership
Valuations – The PX Partnership will contact you to organise valuations by two local estate agents and possibly a Chartered Surveyor. One of their team will also carry out a home visit.
Offer – Once The PX Partnership are in receipt of the estate agents’ valuations and have completed their own research, the Part Exchange offer for your property will be made to Eden Retirement Living and we will contact you to discuss the figure. (Subject to survey if applicable).
Decision – If you choose to accept the offer we will contact The PX Partnership for you, who will then arrange for a survey to be carried out in order to confirm the offer.
If you decline the offer, the process ends here with no cost to you.
Solicitors – Once everything has been agreed, the solicitors are instructed to commence the legal process and work towards a completion date with Eden Retirement Living.
Moving – Once The PX Partnership have completed the purchase of your property you can choose to move straight in to your new home, or take advantage of our free option to remain in your old home for up to two weeks to help reduce the stress of the moving process.
