Based on the ground floor they will carry digital handsets to ensure they effectively manage visitor arrivals or deliveries and monitor calls anywhere in the building.

If you looking to meet friends and family the Club Lounge and bar is the perfect location for a relaxing coffee or chat over a glass of wine. The library overlooking the communal gardens is the perfect quiet spot for quiet contemplation while reading the papers whilst the restaurant bistro will provide alfresco dining in the summer months and tasty treats throughout the year.
Undercroft parking that includes disabled spaces is available with space for bicycles and also electric scooter charging points. Individual storage is also available in the undercroft. An electric car scheme will be in operation on site for anyone wishing to have occasional use of a car, without the day-to-day expense of running their own vehicle.
Restaurant and bistro
We insist on high-quality, sustainable food and table service, to ensure we meet your expectations. With this in mind, we have partnered with Radish, catering specialists who off er sustainable food to the highest standard. Our in-house restaurant is open seven days a week, 365 days a year for breakfast, lunch, and light evening meals (with the option to take away). Tea, coffee and pastries are also available for that delicious treat.
Early risers may prefer to start the day with our breakfast menu. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, croissants, or a full English on Saturdays are just a selection of the ever-changing options we have available.
Our Head Chef will decide a weekly menu of delicious freshly cooked seasonal dishes. Three options will be available daily, one of which will be vegetarian. Salads, Paninis and jacket potatoes will also be on off er if you prefer a lighter alternative. Sundays are often family days, so book a table and invite your family or friends for our fabulous Sunday roast.
If you have something to celebrate, why not use our private function service and create a menu with our head chef for your special occasion. Birthday cakes are also available on request.
We are keen to ensure all our clients feel safe and secure within their apartments. Our ‘Smart Living System’ supports video calls and text messaging between residents and the onsite staff. The technology offers some of the best personal safety features available, it is easy to operate with touch free functions and fobs. The system offers multiple utilities including the ability to view visitors before door entry; chat with your neighbours or contact the Concierge Service from the privacy of your own home.
The personal emergency alarm provides assurance when and where you need it for you and your family. This alarm includes access to a 24-hour Careline system, so you are safe in the knowledge that support will be available and your selected contacts will be contacted in an emergency. We fit an intruder alarm to the front door of every apartment, and ground floor apartment sensors to doors and windows. Fire, and smoke detection systems are fitted in all apartments and throughout the communal areas.
