Having chosen the right apartment that suits you, our rental agents, Hamptons International, will undertake the necessary compliance checks that are required and this will be at no cost to you
Step 3
Following completion of the compliance checks, a convenient move-in date will be arranged with you. The sales consultants can help with advise about removal companies and, if required, decluttering service companies
Step 4
Sign the Assured Short Term Tenancy Agreement and prepare to move into your new home at Pearl House.
