The community spirit for homeowners at Pearl House is founded on luxuriously appointed social spaces that include a library, lounge, and bar area. Our Apartments

The Facilities

Pearl House benefits from 24-hour staff cover, with an on-site manager and day and night concierge to help you with day-to-day needs.
Undercroft parking and private storage areas are on the ground floor. There is also a guest suite located here and this is available to book at a nominal fee for family and friends.

One hour’s housekeeping per week is included in the management charges. Domiciliary care as a supplementary service is available by arrangement with our Care partner, a local reputable CQC registered care agency.

A smart living solution is provided for your safety and security, it is easy to operate with touch free functions and fobs its multiple utilities includes the ability to view visitors before door entry and contact the Concierge Service from the privacy of your own home.

The personal emergency alarm provides assurance when and where you need it for you and your family, and a voice activated system is available too. The high specification detail also includes a heat transfer system installed in each apartment, this is a great benefit from a health perspective, providing excellent quality air, but also because this form of ventilation cuts out almost all of the ventilation heat losses, which can make up to 30% of the heating demand on your apartment at Pearl House, creating a significant impact on energy and emission savings.

When making an appointment at Pearl House we are still maintaining our Covid policy and would like to assure you that we will maintain a level of respect in terms of social distancing, be it a personal appointment or as part of a small group. Our marketing suite is spacious, but we will limit numbers so people are not uncomfortable in company.
